Can I have my order delivered?

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible for us to ship your order. We will continue to work on this behind the scenes, we certainly intend to make this possible in the future!


Do you sell other products besides Elfia Mead?

Ultimately, we also want to sell other products, such as merchandise, in the Elfia General Store and ship them by (parcel) post. We just haven't got that far yet. However, we are working on it - so keep a close eye on our website and this store!


How do I get my order? 

If you place an order through the Elfia General Store, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our future events. When you choose a specific location for picking up your order, we'll ensure that your order is ready for you at a collection point during the events. You will receive a message from us when you can pick up your order.


Do I have to attend the event to collect my order?

No, but of course we'd love it if you would! You can pick up your order at a pick-up point before the ticket control of the event. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email from us with the exact place and pick-up times. We strive to organize collection times as wide as possible, so that you can also collect your order just before or right after the event.


On which days can I pick up my order?

You can collect your order at least on the days of the event. We do our best to have an order ready a few days before and after the event, but we cannot guarantee this in advance. As soon as you can pick up your order, you will receive an email from us with the collection period and further details.


What if I am unable to collect my order?
